The Reverend Denise S. Richardson is the current Pastor of Mount Olive AME Church - Millington. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, She graduated from Fairley High School, then went on to graduate from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law in 1977. From there, Rev. Richardson graduated from Memphis Theological Seminary in 2011, Magna Cum Laude, with a focus on Pastoral Care.

Rev. Denise S. Richardson was licensed to preach in 2003 by Elder John E. Madison, Ordained an Itinerant Elder in 2010 by Bishop Vashti M. McKenzie, and served as an Associate Pastor from 2010 to 2020 alongside her Pastor and Husband Rev. Stanley T. Richardson.
